Our shipping estimates are between 5-7 days* (average 3-5) ONCE SHIPPED. Items ship via USPS first class and UPS. Our custom items and graphic t-shirts may take a few days longer since they are processed and printed at time of order.
White Label items take anywhere for 8-12 days for delivery (and longer during the holidays). They are coming directly from the manufacturer.
*This does not include our 1-2 day processing time. Most orders process same day of order, if placed before 2p EST. We process and ship orders Monday-Friday.

Similar to Amazon, we have amazing vendors and warehouses across the U.S. which allows us to offer a wide variety of quality items. This means, some orders may be shipped separately. We will always do our best to bundle as much together as we can.
Our Custom items and graphic tees are designed by us and/or printed as close to you as possible! This means, they come directly from the printer and processed only when you order. It may take 5-10 days for your custom item/tee to arrive due to processing and printing, but it will be worth the wait!
Shipping is non-refundable. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages as we have no control over the items once they leave our warehouse and are in the hands of the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for any lost or damaged packages.
