Our goal is to ensure you have a great shopping experience, love the products you purchased and visit again with us! If you are not satisfied with your order, we ask that you contact us immediately upon receiving your order and give us an opportunity to make things right.
If your item is damaged/defective upon arrival, we ask that you fill out the form below within 5 days of receiving with order number and photographs of damage/defect for a full refund. We cannot take items back without first having received your request.
If you are not satisfied with the fit, we will be happy to refund you in the form of a store credit within 14 days of receiving. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving with order number and request. Items must be unworn, no smell of perfume or smoke, no pet hair and unwashed with tags still attached and returned with receipt.
We can only accept up to 3 returns from a customer within a 6-month period.
We ask that you pay close attention to the size charts shown for each item. We show videos on how we measure, give those measurements for each item, provide sizing tips, and show models of different body types with their size to ensure an accurate fit. Due to high volume of product sales, the easiest way to ensure you get what you need on an exchange is to purchase the correct item and once we receive your return, we will refund you for the original item.
