Items must be unworn, no smell of perfume, pet or smoke, no pet hair and unwashed with tags still attached, in their original packaging with correct SKU visible (subject to a 25% restocking fee if packaging is missing) and returned with receipt. All denim must have all three tags attached.
We ask that you pay close attention to the size charts/measurements shown for each item. we provide sizing tips and show models of different body types with their size to ensure an accurate fit. If you have any specific questions around fit, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We can only accept up to 3 returns from a customer within a 6-month period.
Due to high volume of product sales, the easiest way to ensure you get what you need on an exchange is to purchase the correct item and once we receive your return, we will refund you for the original item.
